The following are the processing rates for payments online:

CREDIT/DEBIT:  2.4% + $2.00 fee

ECHECK: $2.00 fee 

IF YOUR SERVICES HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD IN THE FEE OF $35.00 TO YOUR PAST DUE BALANCE AND PAY BOTH THE PAST DUE BALANCE AND $35.00 FEE BEFORE SERVICES WILL BE RESTORED.  

ECHECKS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. 

DO NOT HIT REFRESH WHILE PAYMENT IS PROCESSING, THIS WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT MULITPLE TIMES AND WE CANNOT REVERSE OR REFUND.

NSF Fees:  $25 will be assessed to any returned transactions.
